The location is AMAZING. I found that I could easily walk to all the main attractions and stores. The staff were very cute and helpful. They provided excellent service. The room was comfortable and clean.

The entrance to the garage felt somewhat tight.

I really appreciated the central location. Tour meeting points were within easy walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was given a free room upgrade and had a very spacious room. The bed was comfortable, and i had a good rest.

The bathroom amenities were very limited. There was only shower gel and hand wash. There wasn't a floor mat, tissue, or paper towels provided in the kitchenette.

underwhelming stay

uncomfortable bedsmissing sheet

the room , that they called a double , had two twin beds pushed together. these beds were not attached in any way. there wasn't even a sheet , just a heavy duvet and no option to cool down besides opening the window. calling the sister hotel was useless , nobody answered.

the location offers easy access to many shops and stores a fantastic international market is nearby i found the staff very friendly and helpful they even offered umbrellas when it rained the room provided ample space and featured heated bathroom floors.

the hotel lacked air conditioning this could be problematic during warmer months.

The location proved quite useful for getting around. the staff were helpful, and i especially appreciated the recommendations for local restaurants. This. it was nice that i was able to check in early at around 1 pm.

My room faced another building so the view wasn't great. That was a little disappointing. the shower space felt small, and it was hard to move comfortably when using soap. I think there should be more space

The location was central. It made getting around easy.

I found the room somewhat disappointing. It felt quite dated. the plastic in the shower was yellowing. i also noticed peeling paint and visible water damage in the bathroom, not appealing.
